In order for card payments to function correctly all parties and systems in the value chain have to work together effectively. Multiple payment processing systems have to be integrated, tested and certified. STS understands that effective partnerships will smooth communications, simplify system integration, reduce certification timescales and allow issues to be resolved quickly.

STS primarily goes to market via a series of strategic partners. These organisations are typically leaders in their respective fields and geographies.

The four main types of partners we work with are:

EPOS / Solution providers

– Our payment products are pre-integrated with partner applications and packaged to form a larger unified solution for the customer.

PSP / Acquirers / Schemes

– Our products connect to payment gateways and acquirers. They must be compliant with scheme and international standards so we partner to complete the necessary integration, testing and certification.

Terminal / Device manufacturers

– Our software runs with and manages a wide range of payment terminals and PIN pads and so we partner with these manufacturers to ensure everything runs smoothly and works correctly.

Consultancies and Service companies

– We recognise that merchants use consultancies, trade associations and managed services companies to help understand payment requirements, develop strategies and source suppliers and products.
